Tenders are invited for Supply of Medical Equipment Our Childrens Association for the Deaf is seeking sealed bids to contract with a company to supply equipment within the "Multiple Comprehensive Interventions Project for War-Affected Persons with and without Disabilities" in partnership with the Medical Aid for Palestinians Society, Tender No. (MAP) 1/2025 . Qualified companies wishing to participate should come to the Associations headquarters located in Gaza City at the beginning of Yarmouk Street opposite the Education Directorate in West Gaza, or at its headquarters in Deir al-Balah, Street 17 near the Al-Baraka Diwan, to obtain the tender documents and terms of supply, starting from Saturday, September 6, 2025, until Tuesday, September 9, 2025, according to the following conditions: Special conditions : · Prices are in US dollars and do not include VAT. · Submit an official tax invoice that does not include the value-added tax. · Attach the latest source discount certificate · Supply will be made to the associations headquarters in Deir al-Balah. The supplier is responsible for coordinating the entry of the required equipment. The supplier must take into consideration all risks, possibilities, and potential and expected scenarios resulting from the process of coordinating the entry of these materials . · The Association shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the supply of the required equipment, and the bidder shall not have the right to claim compensation for this from the Association. · Supply within 60 days from the date of purchase order and signing of contract. · Guaranteed availability of spare parts and software programming. · The quantity is subject to increase or decrease. · Any item may be cancelled. · Attach catalogs of the devices to be supplied. · The association is not bound to accept the lowest prices without giving reasons. · The association has the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons. · The association has the right to divide the bid. · Payment by bank transfer after receipt and completion of all official supply procedures at the associations headquarters in Deir al-Balah. · Provide a minimum one-year warranty · The deadline for submitting bids is Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Associations headquarters in Deir al-Balah.
