Request for proposals for Specialized Consulting Firm to Support MoNE in Developing Five Key Economic Laws The Trade Facilitation and Customs Support Programme (Tasdeer) is a UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) initiative (Contract No. PO10054), implemented in the West Bank and Gaza. The programme aims to enhance the competitiveness of the Palestinian private sector and strengthen the Palestinian Authoritys capacity in the areas of trade, customs, and import policy regulation and administration. Tasdeer supports sustainable, private sector-led economic growth and job creation across the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The programme also contributes to the fiscal sustainability of the Palestinian Authority and promotes equitable access to trade and improved institutional capacity.
