    Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance of 200 KWP Grid Tied Rooftop Solar Photo Voltaic System at CPC Head Office. - 400043069 Interested Prospective bidders may obtain further information from Manager (Procurement & Stores) over Tele No. 011-7296336 or E-mail : supplies# ceypetco.gov.Ik and inspect the bidding documents in his Office at No. 609. Dr. Danister De Silva Mawatha, Colombo 09, from 0900 hrs. to 1500 hrs. until 25.09.2025. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Manager (Procurement & Stores) from 0900 hrs. to 1500 hrs. until 25.09.2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 (i.e. Rs. 4,133.94 + 2.5% SSCL + 18% VAT). The method of payment will be by cash. Bids shall be delivered to the Manager (Procurement & Stores), Procurement & Stores Function, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, 1st Floor, No.609, Dr. Danister De Silva. Mawatha, Colombo 09 on or beiore 1400 hrs. on 26.09.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Note : Site visits scheduled to be held at 10.00 his. on 18.09.2025.
