    Tenders are invited for Purchase of 178 Nos. Over Bed Tables and 156 Nos. Bed Side Cabinets Colombo South Teaching Hospital (1) Those interested may obtain bid documents from the Finance Division of this hospital between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on normal working days from 03.09.2025 until 19.09.2025 on submission of the receipt obtained from the Shroff Division of the Colombo South Teaching Hospital upon payment of a non refundable application fee of Rs. 2,000.00 as bid document fee along with the National Identity Card. (2) Bids, mentioning Colombo South Teaching Hospital - Kalubowila, Dehiwela - Purchase of Hosptal Equipment - 22.09.2025 on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the bid, may either be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Colombo South Teaching Hospital, Kalubowila, Dehiwela or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the office of the Accountant, Colombo South Teaching Hospital, to receive before 10.00 a.m. on 22.09.2025. Quotations will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on 22.09.2025 at the office of the Accountant. (3) Bids should be submitted in duplicate marked as Original and Duplicate in separate covers and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover and submitted. (4) Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids at the same place and the bidder or his authorized representative will be permitted to be present at the time of opening of bids. (5) Bid documents may be inspected free of charge at the Office of the Accountant of the Colombo South Teaching Hospital. (6) Pre bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 10.09.2025 at the Auditorium of the hospital.
