Expression of Interest for ADB/World Bank Roster of Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision Firms for the Pacific - Agriculture Sector Only Deadline of Submitting EOI: 10-Oct-2025 11:59 PM Manila local time Other information: Key Details: 1. Core Sector: Agriculture only 2. Roster Duration: until June 2028, with a possible 2-year extension 3. Eligibility: Firms from non-ADB member companies may apply to join the roster for Agriculture Sector. Once the roster is further established, firms will be subject to the member eligibility requirements of ADB and World Bank, as relevant depending on the Contract in question. 4. Eligibility: Single firms or joint ventures (JV) may apply. The maximum number of JV partners shall be three (3) including any affiliated firm, as applicable. Sub-consultants/associate firms may not be proposed at this stage. Affiliated firms belonging to the same group of companies may only participate in one EOI. 5. Procurement Policy: The establishment of this roster will be undertaken in accordance with the ADB Procurement Policy. For subsequent contracts awarded to firms on the roster, the procurement policy of the bank financing the contract (ADB or World Bank) will apply. 6. EOI Submission: Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be submitted in accordance with the outlined procedures. 7. ADB may roster up to eight additional consultants for the Agriculture Sector. This will be a closed roster, however, Pacific countries may use the roster, or pursue open competitive bidding procedures, in accordance with ADB or World Bank procurement policies, as relevant. 8. Important dates (See Section 1 of the attached EOI document for more details): - 17 September 2025 - Registration of Interest - 19 September 2025, 1200 hours (Philippine Standard Time) - Virtual Briefing - 03 October 2025 - final date for submission of clarification requests - Deadline for submitting EOI - See above 9. All communications related to this selection procedure shall be directed to the Roster Secretariat at ADBWBRoster@adb.org. 10. It is important to register interest in order to receive details of the Virtual Briefing and notification of tender bulletins. 11. Tender Bulletins will be published, as required throughout the process. 12. All EOIs shall be submitted directly through the CMS system. Please refer to 3 attachments to CSRN to prepare your response. Please attach your responses to your EOI application. EOIs submitted through email or any other electronic or paper form of transmission will not be accepted. EOIs submitted after the date and time detailed in ADBs CMS system will not be accepted. 13. Firms may limit the information they provide in the standard EOI fields of Technical Competence, Management Competence, and Geographic Competence (or cross reference to other parts of their submission) on the understanding that they attach a completed copy of all forms included in Section 3 of the attached Roster Selection Document. 14. For avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding the information provided above, interested firms shall read the attached information in full. In case of a discrepancy, the information contained in the attached documents (including any updates, as relevant) shall prevail and firms retain sole responsibility for appraising themselves of all aspects of this initiative.
