Tenders are invited for Drilling, Construction of No. Boreholes Fitted with Hand Pump Closing Date: 23rd September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Drilling, Construction of No. Boreholes fitted with hand pump Additional Information: The Offinso Municipal Assembly has received funding from District Assemblies Common Fund - (DACF) and intend to apply part of this fund to cover the eligible payments under the contract indicated below. Tender is open to all tenderers from eligible source within the country as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana 1. The Offinso Municipal Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above projects. 2. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a nonrefundable fee as stated above or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address. 3. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by tender security of 2% or its equivalent in a convertible currency in the form of Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Bond from an Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission and shall be delivered to the address specified below on or before Tuesday 23rd September 2025 at 10:30am 4. Interested and eligible Construction firms are required to provide the following statutory documents: i. Valid Certificate of Business Registration (With evidence of renewed annual receipt) ii. Valid Labour Certificate iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from GRA iv. Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate at least D3K3 v. Power of Attorney vi. Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate. vii. Evidence of Public Procurement Authority Registration 5. Tenders must be signed, sealed and delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday 23rd September 2025 at 10:30am at the MCEs Reception of the Offinso Municipal Assembly, Offinso and it will be opened at exactly 11:00am in the presence of the tenderers who choose to attend.
