    Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Maintenance &, Commissioning of Video Laryngoscope Non- Refundable Tender Fee (Rs.) 2.000/- Bid Security (Rs.) 100,000/- Sealed bids should be made on a complete set of bidding documents for each project in duplicate and original shall be separately sent by the Registered Post or shall be deposited in the tender box addressed to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, and Teaching Hospital Jaffna. Bidding document a) Should be in A4 size b) Should be spiral binding/Perfect binding (Glued spine like paperback books) Bid documents should be obtained from Accountant, at the above address from 03.09.2025 to 26.09.2025 between 9.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m during working days on submission of the following. A written application to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna. Certificate of Business Registration (Certified Photocopy) A Certificate / letter issued by the principals appointing your company as local agents for their products. Upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee stated above in cash to the Director Teaching Hospital, Jaffna. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.00 am on 16.09.2025 at Directors Office, Teaching Hospital, Jaffna.
