In This Context, Security Operators Are The State And Regional And Municipal Administration, The Education And Research Institutes, The Private Sector And The Organization Field. According To The Prime Minister Orpo Government Program, The Aim Of The Ministry Of The Interior Is That Finland Is A Society Of Trust And Justice. The Realization Of Security Requires Strong Collaboration Between Different Actors To Use All The Resources Of Society, And The Ministry Of The Interior Promotes This At Work. To This End, The Ministry Of The Interior Is Now Conducting A Market Survey Of A New Technical Solution To The Internal Security Cooperation Platform, Which Includes The Functionalities Of The Community Service. This Announcement Does Not Start The Purchase. The Purpose Of This Market Dialogue Is To Identify Interested Suppliers, To Identify Various Solutions And To Obtain Information On Planned Procurement. Responding To The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In Any Possible Tendering Process. The Ministry Of The Interior Does Not Pay Providers For Participating In Market Dialogue, And Participation In The Market Dialog Does Not Bind Any Party. Market Dialogue Does Not Oblige The Ministry Of The Interior To Carry Out The Acquisition. The Ministry Of The Interior Reserves The Right To Decide On All Follow -Up Measures, For Example Regarding Procurement, Procurement, Schedules And The Content Of The Acquisition. By Making Decisions On Follow -Up, The Ministry Of The Interior May Take Advantage Of The Information It Receives During The Market Dialogue.
