Prequalifications are invited for NonFood Items (NFIS) & Humanitarian Relief Supplies: Tarpaulins, Buckets, Jerrycans, Blankets, Mats, Mosquito Nets, Kitchen Sets, Shelter Kits, Dignity Items (NonMedical). Procurement Category Identification. Clearly select from the online form, the correct procurement category and reference code applied for, as listed in the official prequalification notice (e.g., TROC/PQ/001/20252028). A separate form must be completed online for each category of interest. 3.3. Completeness of Submission. Submissions will be assessed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all instructions. Failure to provide all required documentation or submission of incorrect/inconsistent information may result in immediate disqualification. 3.4. Language. All information must be provided in English. Where supporting documents are in another language, attach an official English translation. 3.5. Certification and Authorization. The completed questionnaire must be signed and stamped by a duly authorized representative (Director or Partner) of the applicant organization.
