Prequalifications For Design And Construction Of The Caribbean Development BankS Headquarters

Prequalifications are invited for Design and Construction of the Caribbean Development Banks Headquarters. The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has approved financing towards the cost of procuring a Design-Build Contractor for the design and construction of a new headquarters for CDB at the Banks Wildey campus in St. Michael, Barbados. CDB will prohibit any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of CDB, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. CDB has appointed C.E.P. Limited, Trinidad and Tobago, as its Project Manager for the Project, and the Project Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of the project. CDB intends to prequalify Design-Build contractors to participate in a subsequent two-stage bidding process. It is expected that Invitations for Bids will be issued in August 2025. Prequalification will be conducted through the prequalification procedures specified in the below-mentioned Prequalification Documents and is open to bidders from all countries.
