The Helpdesk Infrastructure And Facilities (Hif) Of Brussels Airport Company (Bac) Manages The Analysis, Handling And Follow -Up Of Technical Alarms And Service Applications With Regard To Airport Activa, Facilities And Systems That Fall Under The Competence Of Bac. The Hif Also Supports Bac Parking Management And Bac Customer Care During The Night And Weekend Hours. Every Year The Hif Processes Around 30,000 Tickets Based On Alarms, Calls, E-Mails And Direct Reports Of Employees (Front Office). The Technical Interventions Often Require Immediate Action And Are Performed By Multidisciplinary Employees (Field Office). These Interventions Are Performed By The Hif And Relate To A Wide Range Of Operational Issues. The Hif Also Takes Care Of The Operational Management Of The Issue Of (Fire) Permits (Back Office). On Average, Around 1,400 (Fire) Permits Are Processed Annually. All Processes Must Be Carried Out In Customer -Oriented, With The Necessary Coordination With All Parties Involved As Well As With An Efficient Implementation. This Assignment Is A Framework Agreement For A Duration Of 3 Years, Twice Extending Twice For A Period Of 1 Year Each Time.
