The Public Procurement Is For Periodically Repeated Services For The Acceptance, Transport And Treatment/Disposal Of Hazardous Hospital Waste Generated By The Activity Of Umbal St. Ekaterina Ead. The Activities Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Special Requirements And Provisions Of The Waste Management Act (Zuu); Environmental Protection Act (Epa); Ordinance No. 2 Of 23.07.2014 On The Classification Of Waste; Ordinance No. 1 Of 09.02.2015 On The Requirements For The Activities For Collection And Treatment Of Waste On The Territory Of The Medical And Health Establishments; Ordinance No. 1 Of 04.06.2014 On The Procedure And Examples For Which The Waste Activities Are Provided, As Well As The Procedure For Keeping Public Registers; Ordinance On The Requirements For The Treatment And Transportation Of Production And Hazardous Waste (Adopted By Decree No. 53 Of 19.03.1999, Promulgated, Sg, Issue 29 Of 30.03.1999); Ordinance No. 40 Of 14.01.2004 On The Conditions And Procedure For Carrying Out Road Transport Of Dangerous Goods; Ordinance On The Use Of Electrical And Electronic Equipment (Adopted By Decree No. 256 Of 13.11.2013, Promulgated, Sg, Issue 100 Of 19.11.2013), As Well As All Other Normative Acts Regulating Transport, Storage And Treatment Of Dangerous Hospital Waste And Other Activities On The Subject Of The Present Order. The Activities Of The Subject Of The Contract Include The Acceptance Of Dangerous Hospital Waste Code Code 18 01 03, Transportation/Transportation With Specialized Road Vehicles, Measurement/Weighing Of The Submitted Quantities, Temporary Storage, Treatment And Disposal Of Dangerous Hospital Waste, Disinfection Activities, Labeling And Loading Of The Transportation Of Hazardous Waste, As Well As All Other Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Specified In The Documentation Or In The Applicable Regulations.
