The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1. Energy Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade Building In Ruciane-Nida- Ruciane Commune- Nida, Which Will Consist In:- Assembly Of Solar Installation- Assembly Of The Chimney Insert- Insulation Of The Western External Wall- Insulated With The Cepestras Above The Garage- Replacement Of Garage Gates- Replacement Of External Door For Aluminum Doors- Replacement Of The Coal Boiler With Eco -Pea Coal For Pellet Boiler, According To The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Swz.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Included In: Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 7 To Swz, The Planned Conditions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz And The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.3. Due To The Flat -Rate Remuneration, The Items Of The Works Are Auxiliary For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Shall Make The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular In Accordance With S Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 682). The Manufacturers Own Names Indicated By The Employer Are Not Binding On The Contractor And Should Be Treated As Exemplary To Determine The Parameters And Technical Requirements. The Adopted Types Of Materials And Devices (Indicated In The Technical Documentation) Were Used Only, For Example, To Describe The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Entitled To Present In The Offer Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, With Not Worse Parameters Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Solutions Equivalent In Accordance With Their Definition Must Have Parameters And Meet Standards Not Worse Than The Products Given, For Example. To The Design And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Patents Or Origin Indicated In The Design Documentation And In The Technical Specifications, The Term Or Equivalent Is Used, Which Means That The Contractor Can Use Other Products Than Those Specified In The Design Documentation And In The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works, However, Only If They Have The Same Character (Identity) Obtaining Technical Parameters And Safety Of Use Not Worse Than The Documents Assumed In The Above -Mentioned Documents After Obtaining The Acceptance Of The Employer.
