    Part 1 - Fungicides. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Determining The Size, Scope, Type And Number Of Deliveries Includes Annex 2 To Swz (Assortment And Price Form). All Offered Plant Protection Products Must: 1. Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of March 8, 2013. On Plant Protection Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 630) And Executive Provisions Issued On Its Basis (I.E. Have Appropriate Permits And Permits In The Field Of Plant Protection Products). Figure In The Register Of Plant Protection Products Authorized By The Permission Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development, And Have Labels Confirming That The Offered Funds Are Consistent With The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. The Permanent Subject Of The Contract Must Have The Law Provided For By Law, Permission Or Approvals And Include: 1. Proper Marking In Accordance With Applicable Law In This Respect; 2. Packaging Guaranteeing Proper Protection Against Damage During Transport And According To The Carriers Requirements. In The Case Of Neglecting With All Costs Resulting From This, The Contractor Will Be Charged. The Proposed Products Should Come From Current Production And Have A Minimum Of 6 -Month Shelf Life, Calculated From The Date Of Issuing To The Contracting Authority. The Packaging Of The Provided Funds Must Be Labels With Product Parameters, The Expiry Date.
