.1 The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others Delivery:  Network Management And Network Monitoring Software - License Package;  Anti -Virus Software - License Package;  Backup Software - License Package;  Ups Power Supply With 10Kva/10Kw, With The Possibility Of Expanding With Another 10 Kw Power Supply In Parallel Operating Mode - 1 Piece;  Server With Windows Server Operating System - 1 Piece;  Switches - 2 Pieces;  Utm Devices With Licenses;  Equipment For Storing Backups From Work Stations For Schools (Nas - Network Attached Storage) - 2 Pieces;  Backup Storage Devices From Workstations For Gops (Nas - Network Attached Storage) - 1 Piece;  Backup Equipment From Work Stations For The Commune Office (Nas - Network Attacted Storage) - 1 Piece. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Providing The Contractor (At The Request Of The Employer) Of A Detailed Specification Of The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Offer. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Swzz Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, The Contractor Should Assume That Such Reference Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. Possible Trademarks (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Indicating Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Paragraph 1 Point 2 Or Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, They Are Sample, And Their Indication Is Aimed At Determining The Standard Expected By The Employer, But Such An Indication Should Be Understood As Equivalent. 4.3 Requirements For Availability. Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Widely Available, And Its Availability Is Limited To A Specific Category Of Persons With Disability, The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Requirements Of Access To Disabled Warranty. The Service Of The Warranty Period - Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. The Employer Specifies It For A Period In The Range From 12 Months (Minimum Date) Up To 36 Months (Maximum Date). The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Rights Under The Warranty For Physical Defects Arising From The Provisions Of The Civil Code Within The Terms Specified There - Regardless Of The Warranty Rights. 4.5 Insurance. The Meavier Requires That The Contractor Has Civil Liability Insurance Valid For The Entire Delivery Period Under This Order, In An Amount Of Not Less Than: Pln 200,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred Thousand Zlotys And 00/100 Zlotys).
