A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz, Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Parameters, Equipment And Service Of The Car Required By The Contracting Authority. The Technical Parameters Indicated In The Above Attachment Should Be Treated As A Required Minimum, Which Means That The Contractor May Offer A Vehicle With Better And Higher Parameters. 3. The Execution Of The Contract And Its Implementation Will Take Place In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And The Planned Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue The Subject Of An Order Free From Any Defects, A Factory New, Full -Fledged, Made In Accordance With The Standards. No Part Can Be Used, Carry Signs Of Damage, Etc. 5. Appropriate Documents Must Be Attached To The Delivered Car Indicating The Fulfillment Of All Relevant Standards And Guidelines, Which The Above -Mentioned Car Should Meet Before Allowing It To Be Used. 6. Documents That Are The Basis For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement In Question Should Be Treated As Mutually Explaining, With The Following Order Listed Below, For The Purposes Of Interpretation Of The Validity Of The Provisions: 1) Proposed Provisions Of The Contract And Swz, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, 3) Contractors Offer. 7. An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Can Appear In The Order Documents Together With Attachments, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Were Used Solely To Indicate The Assumed Standard Of The Adopted Solutions Are A Condition For Equivalence For Replacement Solutions. It Should Be Assumed Each Time That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. The Employer Informs That It Allows The Submission Of A Solution Equivalent To The Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, However, There Must Be Norms, Standards And Technical Parameters That Are Characterized By The Materials Required By The Contracting Authority That Guarantee The Implementation Of Works. The Presented Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Contracting Authority And Will Constitute The Basis For Assessing Possible Equivalence. Offered By Contractors Proposing Equivalent Materials Must Have Parameters Not Worse Than The Contract Indicated In The Documents. 8. In The Ordering Documents That May Appear In The Documents Of The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Paragraph 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Equivalent To Described Solutions Are Allowed, And Such Reference Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 9.
