    Toner For Laser Printers/Fax Machines-Framework Agreement For Toner Type Supplies For Multifunctions/Printers/Faxes Within The Central Apparatus At The Ministry Of Internal Affairs. Framework Agreement: Minimum 40 Pcs. -Maxim 10,240 Pcs. Toner Type Consumables, For A Period Of 2 Years, According To Annex No.1 To The Award Documentation. Estimated Minimum Total Value Of The Framework Agreement For A Period Of 2 Years: 51,514.81 Lei Excluding Vat; The Estimated Maximum Total Value Of The Framework Agreement For A Period Of 2 Years: 16,622,557.40 Lei Without Vat The Quantities Of The Subsequent Contract With The Highest Value Maximum 5120 Pcs. Toner Type Consumables, According To Annex No.2 To The Award Documentation. The Subsequent Contract With The Highest Value Is 8,311,278.70 Lei Excluding Vat. Note: 1. The Contracting Authority Does Not Have The Obligation To Purchase Products So As To Cover The Maximum Quantity And/Or The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement. 2. The Detailed Description Of The Necessary Products And Quantities Is Found In The Specifications.
