    Radiation Protection Services - Service Of External Personal Dosimetry Of Ciemat Workers Professionally Exposed To Ionizing Radiation. The Purpose Of This Service Is The Realization Of The External Personal Dosimetry Of The Ciemat Workers Classified As Exposed Workers. The Regulation On Health Protection Against The Risks Derived From Exposure To Ionizing Radiation (R.D. 1029/2022, Boe Of 12/21/2022) Establishes In Its Article 32 “Individual Surveillance” That “The External Individual Dosimetry Of The Exposed Workers Will Be Carried Out From The Dosimetric Data Provided By The Personal Dosimetry Services Expressly Authorized By The Nuclear Safety Council (Csn)”. The Individual Surveillance Of The Ciemat Workers Is Carried Out With Monthly Periodicity By Means Of Full Body Dosimeters (Body Dosimeter) And Dosimeters Of Limbs (Ring Dosimeter), This Last Type Of Dosimeter In Case It Applies By The Characteristics Of The Works To Be Developed. Therefore, These Dosimeters Must Be Provided And Evaluated By A Service Of External Personal Dosimetry Authorized By The Csn To Legally Comply With The Objective Of The Dosimetric Surveillance Of The Ciemat Workers Classified As Exposed Workers.
