The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of Small Architecture Facilities In A Public Place Along With The Implementation Of Secure Polyurethane Pavement And Land Development With An Area Of ​​Approx. 178.40 M². As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others To Perform The Following Basic Construction Works:  Geodetic Selection In The Field,  Dismantling Of A Part Of The Existing Asphalt Surface With A Foundation,  Cornering With Profiling And Thickening Of The Ground,  Mounted Edge On Concrete Benches,  Execution Filtering-Session,  Making The Foundation Layers For Safe Surface,  Supplies And Assembly Of Small Architecture Objects,  Double-Layer Construction (Epdm+Sbr), A Unrestricted Synthetic Surface Based On Rubber Granules And Polyurethane Glue. Ensuring Safe To Reach The Building, Execution Of Temporary And Accompanying Works, Securing Excavations Against Precipitation Flooding, Loading, Export And Utilization Of Waste, Including Materials From Demolition And Dismantling, And Organizing The Construction Site After Completed Works. Information On The Rotational Plates On The Rotational Plates Eco Memory And Regional Memory Construction Works With The Management Of Primary School No. 17 In Świętochłowice. All Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Mutually Explaining And Complementary Documents. All Construction Works, Works And Activities Included In The Documents In Question, Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Documents Listed. In The Event That Some Part Of Works, Works And Activities Results From Even One Of These Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform It. In The Event Of Any Discrepancy Or Contradiction Between The Documents Indicated, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement In Accordance With The Higher Standard Or In A Larger Number Of These Documents, Unless The Contracting Authority Recommends Otherwise. The Employer Recommends Submitting An Offer After The Contractor Has Completed A Local Vision At The Facility And The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In Order To Check The Conditions For The Performance Of This Order And To Properly Estimate The Offer Of The Contract. 2. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active And Used Facility.
