Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Village Common Room In A Trail For The Purposes Of Expanding Socio-Cultural Activities

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Service And Commercial Building Together With The Construction Of The Retaining Wall Constituting The Housing Of The Device For Disabled People As Part Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Village Common Room In The Crossing For The Purposes Of Expanding Social And Cultural Activities In The Town The Investment Includes The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Construction Intention, Enabling Obtaining Permission To Use The Object Or Completion Of The Construction (According To The Entry In The Decision Of The Building Permit), Starting With The Implementation Of Preparatory Works And Geodetic Measurements, Through Earthworks, Foundation, Surface Work, Construction And Assembly Works, Insulating, Installation, Finishing And Development Of The Area. Orders Are Specified In This Contract, The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 8A To Swz), Technical Documentation, Technical Specification Of The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works, And Auxiliary Work Of Works, Which As Annex 10, 11, 12 Are An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Contractor Accepts The Obligations Specified In The Contract And Related To The Performance Of The Contract With The Regulations, Standards And On The Agreement. From Which The Contractor Performs His Obligations Or Entrusts Their Performance. 6. Polish Norm, Technical Approval And Relevant Technical Provisions In Accordance With Article 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). 8. Technical And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor To Use Equivalent Solutions In Relation To The Contracting Authority, Provided That They Have At Least The Same Or Better Technical And Functional Parameters And Do Not Reduce The Standards Specified In The Design Documentation. Art. 99 Para. And Functional Assumed In The Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 2) The Material Or Equivalent Must Ensure That Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Project Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) Equivalent Materials And Devices Must Be Approved For Trading In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 4) Contractor Who Will Offer Products And Devices. Equivalent To A Change In Decisions, He Is Obliged To Obtain The Required Decisions With His Own Efforts And Cost, While Guaranteeing The Performance Of The Contract Within The Time Limit Resulting From Swz; 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Materials Or Devices Used.
