Żwirowa, Ul. Piaskowa) - Stage Ii2. Scope Of Works: The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Second Stage Of The Task, Consisting In: - Construction Of An Internal Road On Plot No. 345/27 Precinct 0015 Shoemaker, Commune Nowiny (Ul. Piaskowa) With A 3.5 M Wide-Width Surface Of The Eco Cubes And A 0.5 M Wide Sidewalks Of A Concrete Cube. The Length Of The Street, Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Is Approx. 155 Mb- The Scope Is Specified In Annex 10- Stage Ii. Stage Ii.- Construction Of The Drainage Of The Road Road And The Concrete Cube, Which Will Take Place By Means Of Traveys Of The Surface And Profile. Longitudinal Road. The Documentation, Which Is An Attachment To Swz, Contains: • Construction Project; • Detailed Technical Specifications, The Contracting Authority Does Not Attach The Bill Of Quantities Due To The Division Of The Task Into Stages. The Contractor, After Reading The Design Documentation And Other Documents, Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Result. 4. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Used In Swz And In The Attachments May Indicate Product Manufacturers Or Sources Of Their Origin, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Technical Parameters Of The Products Indicated In This Way Specify The Minimum Expectations Required By The Employer To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, In Each Case, The Statement That The Description Or Feature Of The Product Described, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Are Understood By Those That Have Technical Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In Swz And/Or In The Attachments To Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate This Equivalence Of Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In Opz Or Commonly Applicable. The Contractor Has The Burden Of Equivalence.
