The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of One Drilling Opening (Well No. 2) Capturing Underground Water From Open -Class Works On Plot No. 39/2 In Koźlice, Commune Rudna As Part Of The Task Construction Of A Deep Well Of Water Intake In Koźlice. The Work Of The Works Includes: Stage I: 1) Execution And Approval Of The Mining Plants Movement Plan At The District Mining Office In Wrocław And To Perform Other Activities Necessary To Start Drilling Works2) Performing Drilling Works For The Hole (Well No. 2) Up To 32.5 M, 3) Pumping In The Opening, 4) Laboratory, 5) Execution Of Geodetic Works, 6) Execution Of Hydrogeological Documentation Or Supplement For Documentation Determining The Consumables Of Water Intake In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of November 18, 2016 On The Documentation Of Thehydrogeological And Geological And Engineering Documentation, Note: Cost Of The Stage And Cannot Exceed 70% Of The Price Of The Gross. Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions; 2) Developing A Water Law Report Along With Obtaining A Final Water Permit Decision For: A) Consumption And Use Of Groundwater From The Quaternary Holes From Wells No. 2, B) A Water Device.
