1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled Development Of A Draft General Plan Of The Karlino Commune With An Environmental Impact Forecast. The Stages Of The Order Processing Are As Follows: 1) And Stage - Preparation Of The Announcement Of The Announcement And Announcement About The Accession To The Preparation Of The General Plan, Preparing Notifications Of The Mayor Of Karlin On The Preparation Of The General Plan And The Possibility Of Submitting Applications, Urban Inventory Together With The Necessary Documentation Photographic, Analysis Of Applications That Received By The End Of The Deadline Referred To In Art. 13I Para. 3 Points 1 And 2 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development Together With A Written Proposal For Their Consideration. 2) Stage - Development Of A Draft General Plan Together With Justification And Environmental Impact Forecasts, Project Consultation With The Ordering Party, Applying Any Changes To The Project, Applying For Opinions And Agreeing On The General Plan, Including The Preparation General Arising From The Obtained Opinions And Arrangements Made And The Possible Renewal Of The Application For Agreement, Obtaining Acceptance, Performing The Activities Referred To In Art. 13I Para. 3 Points 8.9 And 10 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development, I.E. The Announcement And Conduct Of Public Consultations, Developing A Report Summarizing The Course Of Public Consultations, Containing In Particular The List Of Comments Submitted With The Proposal Of Their Consideration And Justification, And Protocols From Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Consultation, 3) 3) Adopting A Resolution By The Karlino Commune Council Regarding The Adoption Of The General Plan Of The Karlino Commune, A Publication Of A Resolution In The Official Journal Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship And Its Entry Into Force. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Is Included In Annex 7 To Swz And In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To: The Value Of The Contract Does Not Exceed The Eu Thresholds And The Existing Experience Of The Contracting Authority Shows, As Well As From Observing The Public Procurement Market, That Such An Order Mainly Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises Will Apply For Such An Order, So The Scope Of The Contract Is Adapted To The Needs Of The Sme Sector Without Having To Share The Scope Of The Order. Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order, Which Could Seriously Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order.
