The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Recreational Shelter As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Recreational Shelter (Fs Roszków) The Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Order Include: Construction Of A Wooden Shelter With An Electrical Connection And External Lighting. The Property Is Located In Roszków, The Jarocin Commune, On The Plot With Registration Number 83/6. The Building Of The School And Pre-School Complex, An Outbuilding, A Playground And Pitch Is Located On The Plot. The Shelter Intended For Implementation In Accordance With The Building Permit (Decision No. 6/2025 Of 07.01.2025 Issued By The Jarocin Staroste). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented:- Design Documentation Consisting Of: A) The Plot Development Project Entitled Construction Of A Wooden Shelter, Developed By L. Skrzypczak Architecture & Construction Sp. K. (Ul. Brandowskiego 8A, 63-200 Jarocin), Which Includes: B) Description For The Plot Development Project, C) Architectural And Construction Project, D) Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents. Equivalent Solutions: 1) In The Event That The Ordering Party Used The Standard, Approval, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law Should Be Understood As Examples. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act, In Each Case Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Described In The Content Of Swz. Each Time, When It Is Indicated In This Swz Or Attachments To Swz Norma, It Should Be Assumed That In Relation To It Used Or Equivalent. In All Places Of Swz And Attachments To Swz, In Which An Example Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Special Process, Which Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Or If The Employer Described The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2) And Para. 3 Pzp, And In Each Case, Acting In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 6 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Compared To The Swz Specified In Swz And In The Attachments To Swz, Indicating Such Indications Or Reference With The Words Or Equivalent Or Or Equivalent, Provided That Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Equivalent Solution Is Also Permissible In A Situation If The Equivalent Or Equivalent Word Was Not Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
