Avications 1, Jelenia Góra- Plot No. 33- Plot Id: 026101_1.0036.33 The Order Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed By: Design And Research Office Vanellus Sp.Z O.O., Ul. Stanisławowska 67/1, 54-611 Wrocław. The Documentation Consists Of Two (2) Studies: 1) Renovation Of Part Of The Basement Rooms, 2) A Comprehensive Solution For Protection Against Radon As Part Of The Waterproofing Of The Floor And Basement Walls At Primary School No. 5 In Jelenia Góra. Documentation Should Be Considered Together. Only Performing The Full Range Of Work Included In Both Documentations Using Certified Materials Guarantees Tightness Before The Radon Penetrating From The Ground. 2. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Ground Floor Rooms Of Building A And B Together With The External Insulation Of Building And Primary School No. 5 In Jelenia Góra. 3. The Main Purpose Of The Task Is To Improve The Condition Of The Building, In Particular The Removal Of Damage Caused By The Flood In September 2024. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: 1) Securing The Area Of ​​The Building, Consisting In The Features, Marking And Preparation Of The Construction Facilities, 2) Execution Of External And Internal Vertical Walls, Including Also Anti -Inflying And Water Protection, Together With Protection Against The Penetration Of Radon. 3) Reflection Of External And Internal Plasters, Cleansing Of The Welds And Surfaces, 4). Renovation, 5) Dismantling Of Floors, Repair Of Floors, Making New Floors, Leveling Of The Surface, 6) Replacement Of Rain Pipes With Settlers, 7) Dismantling And Re -Assembly Of The Input Stairs, 8) Replacement Of Lightning Protection System, 9) Painting Walls And Ceilings, 10) Replacement Of Windows, Window Sills, Demolition Of Windows, 11) Installation Through External Walls, 12) Removal And Export Of Debris, Land, Construction Waste. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Including In The Attachments To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
