The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Change Of Heat Source Together With The Partial Thermomodernization Of The Attic Of The Krozielewko Foresters Building - Ii Procedure. The Order Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of The Following Works: 1) Expanding Two Door Openings With The Insertion Of Steel Doors; 2) Dismantling Of Existing Heating Devices (Heat Sources With Unnecessary Elements); 3) Assembly Of New Equipment) Heating; 4) Making New Coats And Painting The Walls With New Steel Doors As Well As Making New Coats And Painting The Entire Room To The Boiler, As Well As The Attic Ceiling Within The Staircase; 5) Making Attic Stairs To Ensure Access To The Non -Usable Attic; 6) Dismantling And Disposal Of Old Mineral Wool And Vapor Thermomodernization Of The Existing Ceiling Between The Attic And Non -Usable; 8) Thermomodernization Of The Roof Slope (Bevels) In The Non -Usable Attic; 9) Making A Wooden Floor On Joists In Order To Be Able To Move Around The Unusual Attic; 10) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation In The Garage Along With Ordering In The Field Of Aesthetics. The Installation Should Be Used In The Protective Bees (Number Of Sockets And Light Points As Well As Switches Remains Unchanged); All Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Art Of Construction. The Order Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Technical Documentation - Annex 1 To Swz, Consisting Of: 1) Technical Design - Annex No. 1A - Annex To Swz; 2) Detailed Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex 1B To Swz; 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex 1C To Swz. Other Detailed Requirements: 1) To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Uses Its Own Tools, Materials And Devices Delivered With Their Own Efforts. In Accordance With Polish Standards, Have Approvals, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Compliance Allowing The Use Of Materials In Construction. All Materials Used Must Be Offered In The First Species.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Costs Related To Maintaining The Facilities And The Construction Works Area As Well As The Utilization And Export Of Waste Resulting During The Works. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Dismantled Heating Devices (Heat Sources With Unnecessary Elements) Are The Property Of The Contracting Authority And Are Not Subject To Disposal By The Contractor.
