    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Ethernet Network Switches As Part Of The Cyber ​​-Secure Local Government Project, Hereinafter Referred To As Devices Or Equipment. 2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Ethernet Network Switches Described In Detail In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Specified In Annex 1 To Swz. In Particular, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform: A) Physical Assembly Of All Offered Devices In The Rack Wardrobe Indicated By The Contracting Authority, B) The Implementation Of All Energy Connections Inside The Rack, C) Readable (Using A Label Printer) Marking Distributed Wiring, D) Electrical Start -Up Of All Supplied Devices, E) Update And Configuration Of Supplied Devices Together With The Software According To The Best Practices. Manufacturer And As Recommended By The Ordering Party, F) Training Of Employees In The Field Of The Implemented Environment, G) As -Built Documentation. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
