The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food For The Needs Of The Nursing Home Dr. Józef Marcele Kopicz In Szpęgawsk, Ul. Kasztanowa 23, In The Assortment And Quantities Specified In Annex 2A To Swz - Price Form: Part 1 - Different Foodstuffs. The Member Reserves That The Number Of Ordered Goods Are Only Forecasted Quantities Necessary For Comparison Of Offers, And The Actual Quantities Of Ordered Products May Change. The Anticipated Fluctuations In The Amount Of Individual Assortment May Be Approx. +/ - 20%. Charges In The Amount Of The Ordered Assortment May Not Cause Changes In The Unit Prices Given By The Contractor. The Existence Of The Contractor Will Constitute The Size And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Actually Supplied To The Contracting Authority. The Product Party Will Take Place By Bank Transfer To The Contractors Account Indicated In The Invoice, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery. Packaging, Insurance, Loading, Unloading, Transport And All Others Related To The Correct And Timely Implementation Of The Contract Shall Be Borne By The Contractor And Include It In The Price Of The Offer. Food, As Part Of The Current Decision/Permission Of The Competent Poviat Sanitary Inspector. The Supplied Food Products Should Be Properly Sorted By The Contractor And Must Be Of The Highest Quality, And Their Storage And Transport Must Take Place In Conditions Guaranteeing The Highest Quality. The Contractor Must Guarantee The Appropriate Period Of Validity Of The Supplied Products, Min. The Period Specified By The Manufacturer, Calculated From The Date Of Delivery. In The Case Of Delivery Of Articles In The Original Packaging, The Factory Markings Must Have On The Packaging, I.E. Type, Product Name, Quantity, Date Of Production, Shelf Life Date Or Minimum Durability, Manufacturers Name And Address And Other Markings In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In The Case Of Providing Articles That Do Not Meet The Terms Of The Contract (E.G. Poor Quality Or In The Case Of Quantitative Deficiencies) Or Incompatible And With The Assortment Offered In Annex 2A To Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace Them With New Ones, Free From Defects Or In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order, Within 24 Hours Of The Complaint. The Contractor Is Borne By All Costs Related To The Delivery Of The Goods. Swz, Column 2. The Contracting Authority Informs That In Some Of The Price Form The Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Contract Was Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin. These Indications Are Exemplary, They Only Determine The Class And Standard Of Ordered Products. In These Cases, The Employer Allows The Submission Of Bids For Equivalent Solutions, And Therefore Offering A Product Of The Same Composition, Quality And Organoleptic Properties (Color, Consistency, Smell, Taste) In A Package Whose Type And Size Was Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Abovementioned Form.
