A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Annex 4 To Swz.4. The Employer Informs That The Quality Requirements For The Delivery Of A Light Rescue And Firefighting Car For The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Gromiec Were Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 3 Of Chapter Iii. The Contracting Authority, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Product, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Parameters Or Better. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor, Offering An Equivalent Object To The Swz Described In Swz, Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In The Scope Of Utility, Functional And Quality Parameters, Which Must Be At A Level Not Lower Than The Parameters Indicated By The Contracting Authority In This Swz.
