The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Primary School No. 384 At Ul. Kayakowa 10 In Warsaw, Together With The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works For All Construction And Installation Industries In Accordance With:  Expertise Of Fire Protection Developed In December 2024 By Marian Buryk And Tadeusz Wasilewski,  Periodic Measurement Protocols Developed On 09.05.2024 By Tomasz Nasiński And Bogusław Pełek Electricity, Residual Current Circuit Breaker, Efficiency Of Anti -Blood Protection, Wire Insulation Resistance, Lightning Protection Installation, Emergency And Escape Lighting,  Technical Documentation Of The Building,  Building Review Of The Building,  The Contracting Authority,  Legal Provisions,  Technical Norms. Architectural And Construction, Sanitary, Electric And Teletechnical Architectural And Construction Inventory Includes, In Particular, The Preparation Of Throws Of Individual Floors With The Designation Of The Layout Of The Rooms And Their Functions On The Basis Of Previous Geometric Measurements Together With The Implementation Of Photographic Documentation Illustrating The Existing State Of The Building. Sanitary Inventory Should Take Into Account The Course Of Internal And External Sanitary Installations (To The First Wells In Front Of The Building), The Location Of Sewage Approaches, Water Intake Points, Radiators, Valves And Sanitary Facilities Together With The Implementation Of Photographic Documentation. Electrical And Teletechnical Inventory Should Include Identification And Location Of Switchgears, Electrical Boards, Sockets, Lighting Points, Teletechnical Wardrobes And Access Points, Determining The Course Of Electrical And Teletechnical Installations In Building With Photo Documentation. 2) The Architectural And Construction Concept The Scope Of The Study Is The Preparation Of The Initial Design Concept, Which Is The Basis For The Implementation Of Multi-Branch Design Documentation. Conception Should Contain A Descriptive Part Including The Presentation Of The Proposed Functional System, A List Of Utility Surfaces Together With Determining Their Functions, Information About The Total Area And Cubicity Of The Object, Description Of The Adopted Design Solutions, Verification Of The Compliance Of The Proposed Solutions With The Proposed Solutions With The Proposed Solutions, Applicable Regulations, Preliminary Analysis Of The Investment Costs And The Drawing Part Containing The Floors Of The Floor With The Selection Of The Functions Of Individual Rooms.
