    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Equipment And Teaching Aid For The Needs Of Three Integration Community Clubs In Tuszów, Piotrków And Jabłonna. `2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine With The Employer The Day And Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Working Hours Of The Common Room3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract In Person And To Take Part In Its Unpacking. 4. The Goods Supplied By The Contractor, Which Will Be Not In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Considered Missing. 5. In The Event That The Contractor Delivered A Damaged Or Not Delivered To, He Is Obliged To Be Delivered At His Own Expense On The Schools Headquarters. 6. The Employer Requires A Minimum Of 24 Months Of A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract:- The Period Of Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract Begins From The Date Of Signing The Non-Abusing Acceptance Protocol- During The Quality Guarantee Period, It Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within A Maximum Of 7 Business Days From The Date Of Notification By The Contracting Authority By The Contracting Authority Of Faults And Failures. The Employer As A Repair Understands The Performance Of All Activities That Will Restore The Original Functionality Of The Equipment. 7. Each Element Of Delivery Under This Procedure Should Be Brand New, Have No Signs Of Use, Have An Original Packaging And A User Manual In Polish.
