The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of Interior Equipment For The Fifth Floor Of The Academy Of Arts, Architecture And Design In Prague According To The List Of Supplied Furniture, Equipment And Work In Project Documentation, Which Contains Technical Specifications And Detailed Inventory Of Works And Supplies (Units Of Unit Prices). Some Interior Elements Are Tailored And Are Atypical, Type Elements Will Be Used Especially In Free Interior And Equipment. With Regard To This Fact, The Contracting Authority Divided The Contract Into Two Parts, Into Part Of The Typical Furniture And Part Of The Atypical Furniture. In The Project Documentation, The Interior Is Designed Primarily In Terms Of Positions, Purpose And Method Of Use Of Equipment And Furniture. Furniture Types Are Designed According To The Way They Are Used, Their Numbers And Positions, Shown In Drawings And Entered Into The Item Statement. The First Part Of The Public Contract Is Called Reconstruction Of The 5Th Floor For Doctoral Studies, Typical Furniture, Its Estimated Value Is Czk 1,090.146,36 Without Vat And All Terms And Conditions Are Set In Annex 1 To The Tender. The Second Part Of The Public Contract Is Called Reconstruction Of The 5Th Floor For Doctoral Studios, Atypical Furniture, Its Estimated Value Is 3.815.180.67 Czk Without Vat And All Terms And Conditions Are Determined In Annex 2 Of The Tender. The Fifth Floor Equipment In The Attic Of The Building Is Designed With Maximum Regard To The Historical Quality Of The Roof Truss And The Whole Building. The Proposal Counts On The Use Of Diverse Study Sites, Offices And Shared Study And Workspaces To Maintain The Quality Of The Overall Design And Supplied Products, All With An Emphasis On Materiality, Color And Detail Solutions - Everything Is To Be Sampled And Approved By The Architect And The Client. The Tour Of The Place Of Performance Is Set At 11.09.2025 From 12:00. Given The Fact That The Contracting Authority Is A University, Ie A Public Entity That Brings Talents For Czech Architectural And Construction Design, It Is Essential For The Supplier To Supply The Subject Of The Public Contract In Above -Standard Quality, Precisely In The Constructed Design And Using High -Quality And Contracting Authorities. The Participant Is Entitled To Submit An Offer To Fulfill One (Any) Part Of The Public Contract Or Both Parts Of The Public Contract. Sample Forms And Documents Forming Part Of The Tender Documentation Will Always Be Filled In Only For The Part Of The Public Contract To Which It Will Submit An Offer. The Division Of The Public Contract Into Part Is Carried Out For Reasons For A Separate Contract For Each Part Of The Public Contract, Or With Different Suppliers. Offers Submitted In Individual Parts Of The Public Contract Will Be Assessed And Evaluated Independently Of Offers Submitted In Other Parts Of The Public Contract.
