The Target Group For The Service Is Mainly Home -Based Persons Over The Age Of 18 Who Are Not Able To Perform Necessary Everyday Household Tasks Due To Illness, Age Or Other Causes. The Majority Of Users Are Older. On Sandnes Municipalitys Website There Is Information About The Service Practical Assistance. The Inhabitant Must Apply For The Service. The Application Is Processed By The Coordination Unit, The Allocation Office And Makes A Single Decision. When Granting The Service Practical Assistance, The Applicant Receives A Written Decision Stating About Hours Per Week/Month, Frequency And The Tasks For Which Assistance Is Assigned. It Is Up To The User To Choose A Supplier If There Are More.
