The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities In The Building Of The Main Inspectorate For Environmental Protection And The Provincial Inspectorate For Environmental Protection In Poznań Located In Piła. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz Consists Of: 1) Issues Of Works, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 3. Place Of Implementation: Chief Inspectorate For Environmental Protection And Provincial Inspectorate For Environmental Protection In Poznań - Delegation In Piła, Ul. Motylewska 5A, 64-920 Piła. 4. The Order Applies To The Renovation Of 3 Toilets On The First And Second Floor Of The Building And Includes In Particular: 1) Securing The Construction Area, 2) Dismantling Works, Including: Dismantling Of Bathroom Equipment, Cutting Off The Wall Of Steel Frames, Removing Tiles On The Floor And Tiles On The Walls, Plaster And Liquidation Of The Old Electrical Installation, 3) Preparatory Work - Composition Of Material, Equipment And Devices, 4) Construction And Mounting Works In Sanitary Facilities, Including: Laying A New Electrical Installation, Execution Of Sanitary Installations And New Floors, Alignment Of The Ground And Laying Tiles On The Floor And Glaze On The Walls, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Assembly Of New Door Joinery, Installation Of Washbasins With Cabinets, Upside Shells, Paragraph Shells, Rearranged Shells, Reed Cutting Off And Bathroom Equipment, 5) Ordering Rooms After Completion Of Construction Works, 6) Waste Disposal And Utilization. 5. The Employer Does Not Allow Submission Of Partial Offers, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of Separate Proceedings. Gentlemen: The Contracting Authority Does Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Fact That Such A Division Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract. Failure To Divide The Order Is Therefore Dictated By Technical, Organizational Reasons And The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract. All Elements Falling Within The Scope Of Work Are Closely Related, Intertwine And Must Be Made Completely In A Specific Technological Regime. When Dividing The Order Into Parts, There Is A Risk Of Not Choosing A Contractor. Due To The Consistency Of Construction Works, The Lack Of Selection Of The Contractor Of Even One Part Would Result In The Impossibility Of Performing The Entire Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, Contractors Would Duplicate The Indirect Costs Of Work, Which Would Affect The Investment Costs.
