Tenders Are Invited For Renovation In The Administrative Building Of Kowr Ot In Opole At Ul. 1 Maja 6 Divided Into 2 Partial Tasks.

Partial Task No. 1 - Renovation Of Toilets Together With The Technical Rooms Belonging To Them Located On The First, Second And Third Floor Of The Kowr Opola Administrative Building At Ul. 1 Maja 6 In Opole. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: A) Sanitary, Construction And Electrical Works Regarding The Renovation Of Toilets (Male And Womens) And Belonging Technical Rooms Located On The First, Second And Third Floor Of The Administrative Building, B) Making A Bathroom Arrangement Project (Separately For Women And Male) Together With Its Visualization, Taking Into Account The Requirements Resulting From The Sort Of Sorts And Predominance. The Design Of The Arrangement Is To Include In Particular - Spatial System, Style And Colors, Finishing Materials Used (E.G. Type Of Tiles), Lighting, Furniture And Accessories. The Contractor, Before Starting Assembly And Finishing Works, Prepares The Project And Gives It To The Ordering Party For Approval. The Contractor Will Be Able To Proceed To Assembly And Finishing Works, Only After Positive Acceptance Of The Project And Proposals Of Materials Intended For Use, In Accordance With The Stwiorb And A Pre -Works Of Works. All Elements And Finishing Materials Included In The Project Should Be Available On The Market. 2) Detailed Material Scope Of Construction Works Is Determined By: A) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 7/1 To Swz, Regarding The Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industry, Prepared For Each Floor; B) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex No. 6A/1 To Swz Regarding The Construction Industry, Prepared Separately For Each Floor; C) Technical Description Of The Scope Of Order Renovation - Annex 6B/1 To Swz Regarding The Electrical Industry Prepared Separately For Each Floor; D) End Of Works - Annex 8/1 To Swz, Regarding The Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Industry, Drawn Separately For Each Floor; 3) On The Subject Of The Order Were Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 3A To Swz,
