1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of The Orlik 2024 Sports Complex In Ściejowice In The Formula Design And Build Through: 1) Design, On Plot No. 581/48 Obrębi Ściejowice, Sports Fields, Social Facilities With Land Development And Small Infrastructure; 2) Land Development And Small Infrastructure And Obtaining An Use Permit. 2. For The Subject Of The Contract, Specified In Para. 1 Above, It Consists In Particular: 1) The Implementation Of Multi -Branch Design Documentation, As Well As Other Documents Necessary To Perform Construction Works To The Extent Specified In Pfu And The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz; 2) Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Permits, Submitting Applications And Obtaining Final Permits For Use, Research, Approval, Licenses, Attestations, And Attestations, And Attestations, And Attestations, Licenses, Attestations, Licenses. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made In Two Parts: A. Part I - Development Of Project Documentation Together With Cost Estimates Determining Individual Works And Their Costs For All Industries, Obtaining Arrangements Required Before The Start And To Start Construction Works, Confirmed By The Contracting Authority Of The Receipt Of Project Documentation; B. Part Ii - Execution Of Construction Works, Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And All Other Arrangements, As Well As Performing Activi
