The Place Of Implementation Of The Investment Is The Area Where The Public Building Is Located Located In Myszyniec At Ul. Sienkiewicza 1, 07-430 Myszyniec, Journal Of Laws No. 714, 583, 581/5, Unit Of Rewid 141508_4.000, Myszyniec Precinct, Myszyniec City Commune, Ostrołęka Poviat. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Registration Plot No. 581/3 Was Divided, Which Was Included In The Project Documentation. The Newly Established Plot No. 581/5 Is Owned By The Myszyniec Commune And Is One Property Together With Plots No. 714 And 583. The Task Of Thermomodernization Of The Public Building At Ul. Sienkiewicza 1 In Myszyniec Will Be Implemented On Three Of The Abovementioned Plots. 3. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Expected: 1) Replacement Of The Heat Source Of The Central Heating System With A Heat Pump; 2) Modernization Of The Existing Heat Source For The Hot Water System; 3) Insulation Of External (Including Foundation Walls) Together With Guttering, Making A Band Around The Building - For A Lower Part Of The Building (The Higher Part Is Not Covered By Works In The Field Of Thermomodernization); 4) Replacement Of Windows And External Doors - For A Lower Part Of The Building; 5) Insulation Of The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attorney - For The Lower Part Of The Building; 6) Construction Of A Teletechnical Network, In Particular Telephone And Computer, As Well As Monitoring And Alarm; 7) Installation Of A Solar Installation With A Total Capacity Of 25 Kw; 8) Renovation Works (General - Construction); 9) Strengthening Foundations; 10) Installation Of Energy Meters; 11) Bms Integration; 12) Installation Of Co And Dhw Regulators; 13) Installation Of Intelligent Drivers. 4.
