The Terminalization Of Building B Will Consist Of: • Modernization Of External Walls, • Modernization Of The Flat Roof, • Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, • Modernization Of Hot Water Installations, • Modernization Of The Heating Installation (Heat Pump), • Installation Of Photibutic Installation To 50Kwp With The Necessary Infrastructure. Thermomodernization Of Building C: • Modernization Of External Walls, • Modernization Of The External Ceiling, • Roof Modernization, • Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery • Assembly Of The Supply And Exhaust Mechanical Ventilation Installation With Heat Recovery, • Modernization Of Hot Water Installation, • Modernization Of The Heating System (Heat Pump) With The Necessary Infrastructure, • Additional Works Not Related To Thermomodernization: Painting Of Office Rooms, Renovation Of The Gym And Mezzanine. 2. The Contractors Liability For Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Will End After A Minimum Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. In The Event That The Installed Materials And/Or Devices Require Cyclical Warranty Inspections, The Contractor Will Perform Them Free Of Charge As Part Of The Guarantee Granted. The Warranty Also Includes Free Replacement With The Assembly Of Consumables. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Recommendations Contained In The Decision Of The Regional Director Of Environmental Protection In Wrocław Before Joining The Works. No. 6401.233.2025.Mr Of 26.06.2025 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Current Permits, Arrangements, Technical Conditions Of Connections, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents, Studies And Etc. That Are Necessary To Meet The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Costs Of Obtaining Them. 5. The Contractor Should Take On The Basis Of The Valuation On His Own So That The Scope Of The Work Contained In The Valuation - Ensures The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In Swz And The Attachments Referred To In Point 7.6. The Contracting Authority Adopted A Flat -Rate Remuneration In The Tender Procedure As A Form Of Remuneration. The Number Of Works Constitute Only Auxiliary Material And Does Not Constitute Grounds For Determining The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Read In Connection With Swz. Including Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. It Is Believed That The Contractor Has Thoroughly Familiarized Himself With A Detailed Description Of The Works That Should Be Carried Out And How To Perform Them. 7.
