The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Called Reconstruction And Retrofitting The Playground At The Local Government Nursery No. 25 In Krakow As Part Of The Active Playgrounds Program 2025. Material Includes, Among Others: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Pavement Plates2) Installation Of A Play Kit With Two Slides - 1 Pcs; 3) Installation Of Garden Benches - 2 Pcs. Min 40Mm On The Foundation - Area Approx. 77M2 (Square ~ 11M X ~ 7M); 5) Execution Of A 1.2M Wide Playground In A Safe Surface With A Thickness Of Min 40Mm On The Foundation -Area Approx. 26 M2 (Square ~ 26M X 1.2M); 6) Installation Of Other Elements Of Small Architecture, I.E.: Crates For The Cultivation Of Flowers With Approximate Dimensions Of 120X43x35cm -2 Pcs; 7) Construction Of A Sensory Path (4 -5 Elements); 8) Planting Plant And Herbs In Mounted Crates For Flowers; 9) Altans With An Area Of ​​5X6m Together With The Preparation Of A Set Of Materials Necessary To Submit The Intention To Perform Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Gazebo To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Body, Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party, As Well As All Necessary Reports Needed To Start Work. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Completeness And Correctness Of The Prepared Documentation And Timely Obtaining The Required Decisions/Consents.
