    The Subject Of This Contract Includes The Performance: 1. Development Of Project Documentation. The Scope Of Documentation Adapted To The Planned Procedure For Obtaining Effective Approval For The Purpose Of Its Implementation, I.E. Obtaining A Final Notification Of Works/ Obtaining A Building Permit. 2. Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Previously Developed Technical Documentation, Which Obtained The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party, Consisting In The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Modernization Of The Playground Of The Municipal Nursery In Jedlina-Zdrój, Which Will Include: A) Construction Of The Surface Of A Safe Playground: Lower Part With Sand Surface, Upper Part Of The Square With Grassy Surface, B) Replacement, Removal And Completion, Removal And Completion Playground Play Equipment, C) Making A Fence Of A Panel Playground In The Upper Part Of The Square, D) Making A Path For Communication Between Plac Dolny And Górny, E) Reconstruction Of Off -Road Stairs Together With A Barrier For Small Children 1-3 Years, 3. Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Works/ Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. 4. List Of Play Devices Covered By The Order:- For The Square In The Bottom Part: A) Play Equipment Large Multifunctional Set- 2 Pcs. B) Smaller Play Sets- 2 Pcs. C) Garbage Bins- 2 Pcs. + 2 Pcs. Furthb) Benches - 4 Pcs. Requirements For Safe Surface: Safe Surface Made Of Sbr And Epdm Boards Resistant To Factors And Mechanical Damage, Which Is Both Water -Permeable And Non -Slip. The Surface On The Playground Must Have The Pzh Certificate And The R11 Anti -Slip Class.
