1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Draw Up A Draft Resolution On The Local Spatial Development Plan Entitled Bogdański - Strążyska - Małe Żywczańskie (Hereinafter Referred To As Plan Or Mpzp). The Area Covered By The Plan Has An Area Of ​​About 65 Ha.1) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out On The Basis, In The Scope And Within The Limits Specified By The Resolution Of The City Council Of Zakopane No. Xvii/166/2025 Of 26 June 2025 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The Local Spatial Development Plan Of Bogdański - Strążyska - Mały Żywczańskie, In Accordance With The Awarding Entity. It Should Be Executed In Accordance With The Provisions Of: A) Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, I.E. Of 2024.07.29), B) The Act Of 7 July 2023 Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Some Other Acts (Journal Of Laws 2016.1688), C), C), C), C) Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws 20112, I.E. Of 2024.07.25), D) Other Laws Regulating The Issues Of Spatial Planning And Development. 3) A Resolution On The Plan, In Accordance With § 3 Para. 1 Of The Regulation Of The Prime Minister Of 27 December 2011 On Technical Requirements For Electronic Documents Containing Normative Acts And Other Legal Acts, Official Journals Issued In Electronic Form As Well As Electronic And It Communication Means (Journal Of Laws 20123.2622, I.E. Of 2023.12.04), Will Be Prepared In Xml. The Plan Will Be Drawn Up In Gml.2 Format. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) A Plan Of A Plan Containing A Textual Part And A Graphic Part, Together With Justification, Taking Into Account The Spatial Policy Of The Commune Specified In The Municipal Development Strategy Or Supra -Local Development Strategy, Including Obligatory And Optional (Depending On The Needs) The Elements Indicated In Art. 15 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development. The Project Must Be Made In The Scope And Form Described In Art. 16 Above Of The Act. 2) The Following Activities Related To The Procedure: A) Drawing Up A List Of Applications Submitted After The Announcement And Notification Of The Commencement Of The Plan, Together With The Proposal To Consider Them By The Mayor Of The City Of Zakopane And Justification; B) Drawing Up A Draft Resolution Of The Zakopane City Council In The Plan; C) Preparation Of A List Of Planning Materials; D) Drawing Up An Eco -Phyophysiographic Study; E) Preparation Of The Financial Effects Forecast Of The Adoption Of The Local Plan; F) Preparation Of The Environmental Impact Forecast Of The Plans Findings; G) Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation Of The Plan, Including In Particular: • Preparation Of Projects Of All Letters And Documents Necessary To Conduct The Procedure For Developing A Plan, Distribution
