The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation Of The Małopolska Center For The Development Of Sustainable Competences In The Building Of The School Complex No. 1 In Olkusz At Ul. Górnicza 14 As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Lesser Poland Center For The Development Of Sustainable Industry Competences In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Functional And Utility Program, In The Formula Design And Build Including: 1) Development Of Project Documentation With Equipment, 2) Equipment), 4) Drawing Up A Set Of Documents To Receive Works Covered By The Contract, 5) Developing A Complete Application For A Notification Of Completion Of Construction. Due To The Fact That The Building Covered By The Investment Is An Active Object, All Construction Works Carried Out Inside The Facility Must Be Carried Out In Agreement With The School Head. As Part Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Temporary, Permanent Security Partitions, Used To Separate And Areolate The Construction Site Inside The Building, In A Way That Prevents Access To Unauthorized Persons And Limiting The Spread Of Dust And Noise.
