Submitted To The Relevant Architectural And Construction Body - A Certificate Stating No Grounds For Objection Issued By The Poviat Eldership In Łask, Faculty Of Architecture And Construction Of 21.08.2025. - Sign: Ab.6743.1.492.2025.Kz10.5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element To Calculate The Offer Price. 6) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Project To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical And Construction Provisions, Polish Standards And Other Applicable Provisions. The Scope Of The Contract Does Not Include: A) Execution Of The Second Stage According To Design Documentation B) Construction Of Planting Green) Preparation Of Land2. Preparation Of The Area (Safe And Edge) Will Be Made By The Employer After Setting The Area By The Contractor Selected In The Tender Procedure. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Plan And Implement Construction Works Including The Investment, Taking Into Account The Least Interference In The Remaining Infrastructure In A Given Area. 4. In The Event That They Are Damaged During The Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Reproduce The Existing State. 5. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Existing And Functioning Primary School, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Work Area So As Not To Disturb The Current Functioning Of The School And Ensure The Safety Of Users.
