1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Delivery And Installation Of An Interferometer For Measuring On Biovhers For The Molecular And Macromolecular Research Center Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences. A Detailed Description Of The Apparatus Parameters Includes Technical Specification Annex 2 To The Tor. 2) Loading, Transport And Setting In The Place Indicated By The Employer, At Its Headquarters, 3) Installation, Testing And Launching At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, 4) Stationary Conducting Specialist Instruction In The Field Of Operation And Maintenance Of Apparatus For At Least 2 People, At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, At The Latest 1 Day After The Installation And Launching The Entire Apparatus, 5) Service Services Throughout The Warranty Period, 6) Minimum Warranty Period, 6) Minimum Warranty Period, 6) It Is Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex 2 To Swz. If You Offer A Longer Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Receive Additional Points. (Criteria For Evaluation Of Offers Described In Chapter Xv Swz). Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Warranty Are Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Contract Annex 4 To Swz, 7) The Contracting Authority Provides For The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Which Include, Environmental Aspects, Which Constitute The Criterion Of Offers Described In Chapter Xv Swz And In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 2 To Swz. 2. The Statement Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From All Physical And Legal Defects And Damage. It Must Be Free From Any Defects And Damage, Complete. 3. The Statement Must Meet All Standards Set For Such Apparatus By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates In The Field Of Safety And Admission To The Eu, If It Is Required By Appropriate Legal Provisions And Have Appropriate Marking. 4. The Statement Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation, Launching Without The Need To Buy Additional Elements By The Ordering Party And Operate Efficiently And Achieve Declared Parameters. 5. The Statement Should Be Packed In The Original Packaging Of The Manufacturer. And If Necessary, It Should Be Wrapped In An External Packaging That Protects Against Damage Or Destruction. 6. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
