The Subject Of The Contract (In The Design - Build Formula) Is To Develop Comprehensive Design Documentation (Construction Project) Together With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority Approvals, Permits, Documents, Arrangements, And Administrative Decisions To The Extent Necessary - To Obtain A Building Permit In Accordance With The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction (Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 418) And Implementation Based On The Design Documentation Made Construction Works On The Construction Of The Brine Graduation Tower Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure On The Square Of Polish Foresters, Land Development On Plot No. 1/5 Pre -Area 40 In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Pfu), Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. Order: Design (Construction, Technical), Land Development For The Scope Of Described A Functional And Utility Program Together With All The Elements Necessary To Obtain The Permission Of Nabudowa/Works, Industry Technical Acceptance And Permission To Use, Conditions, Decisions, Arrangements, Etc.2) Construction Works, I.E. Construction Works Described In The Functional And Use Program The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor (Architectural And Construction Of Itechniczna) And The Obtained Building Permit/Notification Of Works.3) Equipment (Small Architecture) In The Scope Described In Pfu. The Removal Also Includes The Performance Of All Activities And Works Related To The Correct Implementation Of The Contract, Even If They Have Not Been Included In Pfu And The Additional Information On The Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Area Covered By The Investment Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments And There Is No Archaeological Protection Zone. The Plot Is Taken Up By A Local Development Plan Entitled Hospital And Parks In Siedlce (Resolution No. Xxxviii/703/2014 Radymysta Siedlce Of 31 January 2014). The Planned Investment-In The Construction Of The Solna Tower-Will Be Located A Plot With A Registration Number 40-1/5 And Is The Property Of The Ordering Party. According To Land Records, The Area Is Developed On Land Registered As Bz (Recreation And Recreation Areas). 2. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explaining This Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor Cannot Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or Due Diligence When Performing His Obligations Resulting From The Public Procurement Contract. 3.
