The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 2 Pcs. Mobile Water Treatment Devices That Meet The Following Requirements: 1. The Device Is Intended For Obtaining Drinking Water From Surface Sources And Treatment Of Contaminated Water Supply Water In Crisis Situations (Removal Of Biological Pollution And Basic Chemical Pollution). 2. The Device Must Have: A) The Approval Of The National Institute Of Hygiene (Pzh) Or Equivalent) Declaration Of Eu Compliance (Ce) / Or An Equivalent Document To Confirm That The Devices Offered By The Contractor Are Manufactured In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Domestic And Eu Market, Which Allows Us To Use Them Law In Poland And Eu Countries; C) A Document Confirming That The Effectiveness Of The Device Is Supported By The Study Of The Operation Of The Device A Certified Research Center, In Which The Quality Of Water Is Studied And The Effectiveness Of Water Disinfection From Surface Sources Is Demonstrated, And The Test Process, Along With Consumption Water Intake, Is Supervised In A Manner Independent Of The Manufacturer (E.G.
