The Subject Of The Contract Is The Management Of Municipal Waste Supplied By The Ordering Party By: Collecting, Sorting, Recovery And Storage Of Municipal Waste, And Other Waste Management Methods. 220 Mg, These Are Waste, Which For Various Reasons Cannot Be Classified Into The Waste Fraction, Which Is Collected Selectively, And Their Composition And Nature Resembles Waste From Households. Mixed Waste Will Be Delivered At Least Once A Week In Black Sacks, Containers Or Loose Specialist Cars Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Contractor Will Collect Waste Delivered By The Ordering Party. The Place Of Collection Of Waste Must Be Located At A Distance Of A Maximum Of 20 Km From The Seat Of The Ordering Party, Calculated As The Length Of The Route From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party To The Indicated Place Of Waste Collection On Public Roads. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of Services: 1) Mechanical-Biological Processing Of Mixed Municipal Waste And The Separation Of Mixed Municipal Waste Fractions Suitable In Whole Or In Part For Recovery; 2) Processing In Accordance With The Provisions In Particular In This Respect, In Particular The Act 14 December 2012 On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587) September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness In Municipalities, (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647) And Executive Provisions; 3) The Contractor Will Use The Waste In Accordance With The Law In Force In This Respect And The Processes Specified In This Respect.
