    1.1. Performing Conservation Supervision: 1.1.1. In Particular, Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site By Exercising A Control Of The Compliance Of Construction Works And Conservation Works With Issued Conservation Permits, Agreed Documentation, Conservation Program And Conservation Art As Well As The Act Of 23 July 2003 On The Protection Of Monuments And The Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws 201.1292, I.E. 02.08.20018 On Conducting Conservation Works, Restoration Works And Conservation Research At A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Or On The List Of Heritage Treasures And Construction Works, Architectural Research And Other Activities At The Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, As Well As Archaeological Research And Searches For Monuments (Journal Of Laws 2011.81 Vol. The Minimum Response Time (In Hours) Of The Contractor To Report By The Ordering Party To The Need For The Appearance Of The Supervision Inspector Physically At The Construction Site In The Event Of A Sudden Need Requiring His Presence - 12 Hours From The Notification. 1.1.3. The Minimum Amount Of Presence, Each Lasting Minimum 45 Min, Inspector At The Construction Site Each Week, During The Implementation Of Construction Works - 3 Presence. 1.1.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 7 To Swz.
