3.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Pre-Family And Translocation Service Of Custom (Accipiter Gentilis), Including Daily Control Of Life Traps In The Płaska Forest District In Żyliny In Places Established By The Contracting Authority, As Well As Transporting The Caught Hawk Over 100 Km. 3.2. Jastrzębie Will Be Captured With The Help Of Live Traps, Which Should Be Controlled At Least Once A Day. 3.3. The Maximum Amount Of Hawks That Will Be Caught Up Is 30 Pieces, In Accordance With The Decision Of Rdoś Wpn.6401.344.2024.Bb Of 31.12.2024, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz.3.4. The Assumed Amount Of Inspections To Be Carried Out Is 100 Times (100 Days). This Amount Depends On 3.5. The Contractor Will Set The Lively Traps To Jastrzębie, Delivered By The Contracting Authority On The Day Of Signing The Contract (10 Traps Set Up Once) In Places Determined With The Ordering Party. 3.6. The Contractor Will Provide The Traps With A Sufficient Number Of Pigeons Serving As The Bait And Co-Child Will Provide Them With Food And Water. 3.7. The Contractor Will Notify The Representative Of The Ordering Party With The Statement Of Jastrzębies Trap Each Time By Phone. A Representative Of The Contractor Will Confirm Jastrzębies Collapse By Taking A Photo And Signing The Protocol According To The Formula Are An Attachment To The Contract. 3.8. Individuals Of The Species Will Be Released Into The Freedom In A Way That Limits The Stress Of Captured Birds As Much As Possible. 3.12.
