Tenders Are Invited For Retrofitting Playgrounds In The Inowrocław Commune.

The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Along With The Assembly Of Play And Recreational Equipment To Retrofit Place In The Inowrocław Commune. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of Play Equipment, 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, 3) Delivery And Installation Of The Depreciation, 4) Preparatory And Finishing Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Supply Of Factory New Play And Recreational Equipment, 2) Performing Necessary Preparatory Work, 3) Assembly Of Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And The Principles Arising From The Provisions Of Bhpi Safety Standards, In The Event Of The Need To Make Foundations For The Equipment, The Contractor Provides Their Implementation On Their Own, 4) Ordering The Area After Completion Of Works, Possible Waste (E.G. Sand). Cost, 5) Granting A Guarantee For Supplied And Installed Elements, 6) Making A Safe Zone For Installed Devices In Accordance With Pn-En 1177. All Elements Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Pn-En 1176 Or Equivalent. The Devices Must Be Made Of Materials Resistant To Weather Conditions. The Structural Elements Of The Devices Must Be Made Of Galvanized Steel, Anti -Corrosion And Powder -Coated, In Colors Resistant To Uv Rays And Atmospheric Conditions. This Requirement Aims To Ensure Durability, Corrosion Resistance And Long -Term Safety Of Use In Public Space. All Devices Must Be Intended For Public Use, Have Appropriate Certificates And Be In Line With Polish Standards And Security Conditions Specified In The Regulations On General Product Safety. As The Evidence In Question, The Contractor Should Provide (Attach To The Offer): • Information Identifying The Manufacturer (Or Importer); • Technical Documentation (Information About The Design Of The Device, Its Dimensions, Materials Used, Paints And Varnishes, Assembly Method); • Documents (Certificates) Confirming The Compliance Of The Equipment With Pn-En 1176, Pn-En 1177 Or Equivalent. Evidence Required To Confirm The Compliance Of The Offered Deliveries With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Should Be Submitted With The Offer. Pursuant To Art. 107 Para. 2 Pzp, If The Contractor Has Not Submitted The Means Of Evidence In Question Or The Submitted Evidence Is Incomplete, The Contracting Authority Calls For Them To Submit Or Supplement Them Within The Prescribed Period, Unless: • The Contractors Offer Is Rejected Regardless Of The Submission Of These Funds Or • There Are Conditions For Annulment Of The Proceedings. All Devices Covered By These Proceedings Must Be A Set Intended For Use (E.G. A Swing, I.E. Construction With Mounting Chains And Seats). Devices; • Instructions For Using All Installed Devices; • Devices Certificates Confirming Their Compliance With The Required Standards • Certificates Confirming The Installation Of Devices In Accordance With The Required Standards.
